About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer with 9–10 years of experience in IT services sales to lead our business expansion efforts across the UK and Europe. Key Responsibilities :

• Sales & Business Development :   Drive sales for IT services and staff augmentation; meet/exceed targets; handle complete sales cycle.
• Proposal & Presentation :   Work with tech teams to create tailored proposals and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Strategic Negotiation :   Negotiate commercial terms and manage scope definition and clarity.
• Client Relationship :   Build relationships with CTOs, CEOs, etc.; act as strategic advisor and ensure client satisfaction.
• Market Intelligence :   Analyze market trends and competitors to improve strategies.
• Sales Planning :   Define strategic sales roadmap; report metrics and pipeline forecasts to leadership.
• Tech Coverage :   Sell services across Java, Python, .NET, Angular, React, Node.js, Flutter, PHP, AI, IoT, RPA.
• Risk & Delivery :   Mitigate business risks and coordinate between clients and internal teams for successful delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

• 9–10 years of business development experience in IT services or tech industry
• Strong record of client acquisition in UK/Europe
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM tool proficiency
• Strategic thinker with ability to work independently
• Valid UK driving license; must have right to work in UK

Preferred : Freelance experience, team mentorship, international client handling
